Rison Capital, based in Gothenburg, is a climate technology financing company that offers a comprehensive solution for the transition to climate neutrality for companies. The model can be compared to a rental model for customers' entire portfolio for energy efficiency and emission reduction, regardless of size and number. The investments can include LED lighting, heating, ventilation, electrified transport, solar energy, and more.


Risons main current focus is energy efficiency in the Nordics where we are working with a large Nordic energy fund to source and deploy projects amounting to at least 500 MSEK during the coming years.

This is where you come in
We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the portfolio and who will be the driving force in identifying projects and clients in the Nordic market. You will work closely with our hardware partners to set up their as-a-service offer and identify potential projects in their sales pipeline. You will also be collaborating and building long-term relationships with larger manufacturing companies, real-estate owners and public entities in funding and supporting their transition to carbon neutrality.

Profile and background
We are looking for a strong team player that get things done. You don’t hesitate to take ownership and responsibility and work towards our overall targets. As part of a climate financing company you understand the importance of building long term partnerships with clients based on honesty and mutual trust. With the product and financing in place, a major milestone, our focus going forward will be to build a great team who share our passion for our guiding principle: the combination of climate effect and profitability is pivotal in the transition and that the profitability is key to scalability.

Ideally you have a background in finance, real estate, infrastructure, energy and/or clean-tech with 5+ years working in client relation roles. You combine excellent social skills with a strategic mindset and a knack for analysing complexity and translating it into tangible projects and solutions. You are probably active in the Nordic/EU market and are fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

You will be a part of the managing team at Västra Hamngatan 13A in Gothenburg, Sweden, and be in charge of the Rison/SEB-portfolio. You responibilities will include the following:

  • Plan and organise sales activities for the Nordic market

  • Create long term partnerships with key clients

  • Set up joint propositions with new and current partners

  • Coordinate carbon neutrality roadmaps for larger accounts

  • Work with our COO in project development

  • Work with our CEO and financing team regarding portfolio management

  • Work with our communication team to plan and coordinate PR and marketing activities.

  • Represent the company and portfolio at public events
